Phoned for advice for Lindab sales agent was distracted. Got the wrong advice bought in error and now refuse to refund! Even the product was delivered in two lots with no communication as to why. There are better customer focused companies out there.

I've placed an order for several different styles / makes of gutters (£860), when I received the order conformation email I noticed an error on a quantity and raised this within a few minutes of placing the order. After several days they processed the order incorrectly and sent out the incorrect number of gutter clips.
I've emailed a number of times and received replies to say they will collect the items at their cost but haven't had a reply from their warehouse to action this. More than two weeks has past and still no collection...
The bulk of my order was also delayed despite being advertised and delivered within 3 to 5 working days, this arrived today 16 days after being ordered.
I used this company for ease and price, my next orders will be placed directly with their suppliers as this has wasted to much of my time now.

Once again the service was great no problems at all, but once again you charged £70.00 for delivery of a small package that hardly weighed 1kg.
This is very much the downside of dealing with you

Nice people to do business with but logistics / delivery dates leave a lot to be desired. DS takes your order then arranges outside suppliers to supply and deliver.
Good products reasonable prices but annoying emails giving wrong dates. Massive lorry meant I had to pick up 6m long pipes because the lorry couldn't get across the bridge even though I'd said use the other direction. I will purchase from them again though.

As a Project manager finding reliable suppliers can be difficult. I use and will continue to use drainage superstore for all relevant projects. Always helpful on the phone, drivers are always great, on-time and no problem helping to unload if required.

Shed was delivered on time . Delivery driver so helpful and polite. A few pieces of wood not quite the best quality but still able to use. Overall would use this company again.
